First, To your heart to find true happiness
He said we have to listen to our hearts to follow it.
Put your hand on your heart wherever you are at home or on the way to a train.
Ask your heart :Am I Happy?
Your heart know answer and your heart will help you create a life.
Second, Leap... with Faith
We have some fears of the future, but he said negative thought can fill our heads and freeze our motion so we must replace with a confident faith.
If you faced hardships, you should take some action.
Any action is better than inaction.
Move forward confidently, and your faith will help you create a better future.
Third, Laugh... with New insight.
He said laughter is a gift of mental health we can give ourselves at any time in our lives, but it is especially important to laugh when things are not going the way we imagined they would.
when you get a chance, spend as much time with the young as you can. Their delight in life is a reminder of the wonder we can all feel at every age.
Finally, Love...the ride and let your light shine
He said you can learn to enjoy life as an adventure that is always fresh and new if you let yourself be taken where you wants to go. everyone leads a very different life. and also he suggested you have to start keeping a journal in order to look back on one's behavior . Every night before you go to sleep. After a few month, take a look back at those pages. You might decide you have a story worth sharing with others. Whatever talent you have, whatever you like to do that truly defines you, don't wait to do so!!!!
This book had big effect on me, so I want to carry on the process of it.
Thank you everyone, I am glad I met up with everyone!!! Please get in touch with each other!
Thank you soooooo much!!!
Hi Miho,
返信削除Thank you so very much for this post, and all the great posts you have making and I was unable to comment upon previously. You have done a wonderful job with your blog this term. You have showed understanding of the text, connected the text to your life, commented in classroom events (e.g Mr. Kitashiro's lecture), etc. and illustrated it all with great pictures.
Thanks too for all of the rest of the work you did in class this term, including your final presentation. Your sunny personality helped make the group so positive.
I mentioned this to Kanoko too, but if you are around for a few days more and wish to begin with helping with my kids, we would be very much interested in starting. Please just let us know your schedule and your willingness.
If I don't hear from you, have a great summer.
Very best,
Ken
