Negotiation skill

We learned Negotiation skills from Monday and Wednesday!!!
I was very interested in this classes because it is difficult to build a relationship with the others
such as Win-Win.
Win-WinBoth parties satisfied with theirs needs.
Important thing is what each other feel happy and they are pleased with result.
avoid the potential for relations such as Win-Lose and Lose-Win


we have to give own information like needs and hope and in a similar way, we have to hear theirs needs and hope.
