Tenacious Creativity

"Never give up-there's always another move"

 I would like to response question of Expedition Log.

1. How would you characterize your core beliefs about problems and obstacles?

I am so negative so if I faced problem, I lose the ability to move active and refuse to face the reality.

However, I just noticed something. Stay on these thought, I never grow up and I can't get pleasure out of life. Therefore, I tend to voice only positive words even if I faced difficult problems.

I guess positive word have big power so I can aromatically think positive like I am all right!

my core beliefs → All I effort will be rewarded!

                     work hard and my dream will surely come true! 

                     I can do anything, if I work hard!

I want to introduce my favorite Japanese idiom:)

臥薪嘗胆...It's means endure hard obstacles in order to achieve the goal and if someone work hard, they can come true their goal.

As Mr. Kitashiro was saying, In life, positive think and optimism are necessarily and I think continuing to make effort in order to make one's dream reality, we can get method of thinking such as optimism.

The lecture was very valuable for me and also it was a great motivator to head toward the goal !!

He is so positive and optimism therefore I could automatically alter in a positive way.

It was interesting for me to think the team first.=Modesty

It's so difficult because many people are the first to think oneself and we tend to view thing in a practical way.

Mr.Kitashiro said First, thinking of customers. Second, team or organization. Finally, own benefit.

I was incredibly impressed with this thought and I hope to think others than own.

Also, it was good to learn method of thinking such as "Don't shoot the messenger"

=Don't get angry with bad news

accept bad news →　think...what cause of problems?

a conflict between people and people,

think.. why people have different views??→talk each other!

Communication is important and always be positive, have to think positive way.

Most important point, must not forget thought

Don't give up!!!

great lesson of his lecture, I want to reflect my life.

 

Chapter8

Lighten Up !

       

"Find something to celebrate and something to laugh about."

Ｈumor is important ability to human relations.

as wrote in "Leading at the edge", Humor makes a soft of relation, and also A joke can break wearisome time. By the same taken, humor can create soft atmosphere. 

 I was much in agreement this thought, because I try to behave in a cheerful when the team or organization encounter stressful circumstances.

reason why I behave like this, I think playful attitude loosen up the atmosphere and by brighten things up, problem clear up smoothly.

It is hard for me to sustain playful attitude, but I anxious to avoid bad mood in the team so I tend to tone down my voice, keep smiling and commit myself to listen to the opinion of the team.

However, I guess it is important for reader to make mention therefore, Both of necessary speak out and listening other member's opinions.

It's very very hard !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But I want to say my opinion for the others so Now, I am making effort to say my opinion in dorm meeting!!  I will continue to say at my own pace:))

  

Chapter5

The Team Message

"Reinforce the team message constantly:"We are one-we live or die together."

As indicated in the following this chapter, I think it is important for team to make stronger with the team message. Based on the acknowledgement, most essential thing is shared identity!!!!

If within the team would not shard identity, team message have no meaning thus team message require all member in the team have same value and same thought about team message meanings.

I think team message is only one meaning in order to increase team's solidarity. 

 so....What we should do...?? What do leader need??

I guess Important thing → as possible as spend long time in the team!!

spending long time harmonize well with nature and talking with team can shard the value.

I don't know whether my experience fit comfortable or not but I want to introduce my team message when I was high school.

my team message is"いつもどうり”. In English " as always" .

 we were so stress before convention, we talk oneself into "いつもどうり”. this meaning is we can do it because we are practice 120% so real stage can act performance 100%. 

value→ 練習は裏切らない！ this value is unified my team. 

It is necessary to have same meaning and value.  team message will only make sense if team members have same value. 

This message have been related with my life and it influential to my thinking.

Chapter3

Optimism and Reality

"Instill optimism and self-confidence, but stay grounded in reality."
I took a considerable interest in this sentence.
"the role of the leader demands that personal fears are best controlled or dampened until negative information is digested."

I believe the power of words so negative words and negative image spreed other people and own self.
therefore if I should not have negative thought or image, I try to say positive words.
Bringing out positive word and thought provide a better atmosphere and warm up the member by using it.
I think it is important to remind oneself constantly that I can do it.
Thus I guess one's word come true in spite of a positive and negative way.
 I am soooo negative thinking, so it was difficult for me to think positive：（
But I knew that there aren't good thing to get negative
so I try to use positive words then little by little, I can think positive image and I can bring out one's own initiative.
I practice more and more, I want to be positive thinker so I want to send off positive message for the others.

She was always smiling, her smiling made everyone happy:)


I intend to be smiling because smiling have power which bring someone happiness.
I demand make the world which everyone are filled with smiling!!
Therefore, I want to act as a pioneer of smile creator.
